Our Store Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Botanica Idea operates in The Netherlands and ships to countries in the European Union (except Cyprus).

We know how nail-biting it is to wait for your purchase. For this reason, all our shipments include Track & Trace.

The Netherlands:

  • Free shipping for orders above €40.00

  • For orders under €40.00: €5.00 shipping fee

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days

 

International EURO Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Sweden

  • Free shipping for orders above €70.00

  • For orders under €70.00: €9.00 shipping fee

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days

 

International EURO Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romenia, Slovakia, Slovenia

  • Free shipping for orders above €90.00

  • For orders under €90.00: €15.00 shipping fee

  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days

 

Rest of the world: At the moment, we do not ship to countries that are not listed above.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@botanicaidea.nl and inform:

  • Your name

  • Contact details

  • Reason for the return of the items

  • Order number

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@botanicaidea.nl

MONTHLY BOX SUBSCRIPTION

Products in our Botanica Box will vary every month and will include scented soy candles, reed diffusers & more. This Box includes not only the signature scents that you already know, but also offers exclusive fragrances for subscribers! Choose a monthly box subscription here.

Please note, the price of monthly box subscriptions may be adjusted by us. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and you will have the option to continue your subscription or to cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription from the next billing cycle at any moment. To cancel your existing monthly box subscription, go to Cancel my Monthly Box Subscription.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Our products are handmade with love and in small batches. Therefore, items might have slight imperfections and some details may differ from the pictures. This makes our items unique and do not affect their quality or performance.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
